Jason joined Pure Storage in 2020 as Chief Marketing Officer. He oversees all aspects of Marketing globally, including Pure’s brand, communications, solutions, and demand-generation efforts.

Before joining Pure, Jason was a member of SAP’s Marketing Leadership team and held positions including CMO for Customer Experience and SVP of Digital Experience and Social Channels. 

Prior to SAP, Jason was the CMO at Gigya, the leader in customer-identity management. During his tenure, he helped Gigya create the Customer Identity Management category and place Gigya in the#1 position. His team led the development of a new brand narrative and sales momentum that led to the company’s acquisition by SAP in 2017. He has experience in marketing technology platforms and applications for both start-ups and large enterprises.

Jason loves spending time in Lake Tahoe paddleboarding, kayaking, swimming, mountain biking, and skiing with his three boys, three dogs, and lovely wife Yelena. Jason holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University and is a Certified Professional Accountant.”
