“Data frees us up to be more creative,” she said. “When you don’t have great data, whether it’s about the intent of our work or what the audience is doing, or how the audience is reacting, you actually round the edges off the work because you’re not being as specific about what we’re going after.

“If you have to cast a wide net, it’s harder to be super creative. And so the more we can be specific about what we’re trying to go after, it actually allows for more creativity because you can see what would really resonate and what might work. And then you can track it.”

“What do those [AI] tools allow us to do with speed and agility that we historically have relied on people to do?” she said. “A lot of the work that people are doing today, particularly in marketing organizations, are things that people aren’t actually that great at doing, whether it’s looking at large data sets or doing a lot of speed and agility type work. That to me is the easy part of Gen. AI.”
