Mission.org is growing fast. We are hiring Senior Producers to help manage our current shows as well as lead the production of new shows. This is a challenging, yet rewarding role. You will get to work with a highly-effective, kind, and dedicated team.
We are a content machine. To thrive here, you need to be flexible, able to work under tight deadlines and have experience managing a team of creators.
We are a young company. This role not only provides you with an excellent opportunity to work on some of the top business/tech shows in the world but also the opportunity to join our team at a pivotal moment as we scale and grow. We require you have passion for team building, for storytelling, for media, and for creating damn good content.
Interested parties must have experience growing and developing podcasts and have a track record of being able to thrive in a high-output environment. You also need to be able to embrace a culture of curiosity and playfulness, along with a culture of rigor and radical ownership. This is a remote position, and experience with a remote team is a plus.
