Roger is the Co-Founder and CEO of Novel. Prior to Novel, Roger was the Founder and CEO of Smartrr, a subscription enablement platform for direct to consumer brands. Roger has also held senior engineering positions at Reonomy, Goldman Sachs and Shutterstock and he was an instructor at Velocity360, an academy for software engineering. Before shifting into entrepreneurship and engineering, Roger was an economist with roles at Cornerstone Research and the US Treasury Department. Roger holds a masters degree in finance from the University of Virginia and a BA in economics and psychology from the College of William and Mary and has earned three patents related to his engineering work in the domains of image editing and machine learning. Roger thrives on collaboration with great teams to bring a vision to life and is thrilled to be bringing Web3 to DTC.
